Return Policy

Jan Marini Skin Research is committed to skincare excellence. If you experience any problems, you may return product within 30 days of purchase.

If you purchased product through an authorized Jan Marini Skin Research reseller, please return those items to the place of original purchase. JMSR will only return items purchased directly from janmarini.com.

To initiate a return, please contact janmarini.com Customer Support at (408) 620-3600 Ext. 2005, we are available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.

Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued*, please mail the following items to Jan Marini Skin Research.

  1. Copy of original invoice
  2. RMA Number
  3. Unused portion of product
  4. All original packaging

Once the returned product is received, Jan Marini Skin Research will process your return within 14 business days and apply a refund to the credit card used to purchase the item. To ensure receipt of the product we recommend tracking shipment. Jan Marini Skin Research is not responsible for return shipping charges or lost items.

*RMA is valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Damaged Products

If you receive product damaged in shipment, please contact janmarini.com Customer Support within 3 days of receipt to resolve your issue. Please keep all damaged items and packaging. If you experience a product failure, please contact janmarini.com Customer Support immediately. We are available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST and can be contacted by calling (408) 620-3600 Ext: 2005 or use the Contact Us page.

Authenticity

Make sure you are receiving authentic Jan Marini Skin Research products! BEWARE: There are many unauthorized resellers selling potentially counterfeit, damaged, expired and or unsafe products! JMSR will not stand behind any product purchased through an unauthorized reseller. Find an authorized JMSR reseller near you.
