Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Orders placed on janmarini.com online skincare store are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day (excludes weekends and holidays). Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email on the order. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping Method: Shipping is managed via 3rd party national shipping providers (UPS, etc.) with the following options:
Regular
- Packages typically arrive 2-3 business days after shipment. With order processing, delivery is typically 2-4 days from the time of order.
Priority
- Packages typically arrive 2 business days after shipment. With order processing, delivery is typically 2-3 days from the time of order.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs (see Free shipping below) are pass-through charges to cover costs to JMSR by shipping providers on typical orders.
