Jan Marini Skin Research (JMSR) is committed to skincare excellence. If you experience a problem with purchase you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service with your sales order number to be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer Service is available at (888) 695-2611 Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

Once a RMA is issued, please mail the following items to Jan Marini Skin Research postmarked within 1 week of RMA issuance. Please include the following items with your return to ensure a refund:

  1. RMA Number
  2. Unused portion of product
  3. All original packaging
  4. Copy of original invoice

Jan Marini Skin Research will process your return within 10 business days and apply a refund to the credit card used to purchase the item. To ensure receipt of the product we recommend tracking shipment. Jan Marini Skin Research is not responsible for return shipping charges or lost items.

If you purchased your product through an authorized JMSR distributor, please return these items to the place of original purchase.

Damaged Products

If you receive product damaged in shipment please contact Customer Service within 3 days of receipt to resolve your issue. If you experience a product failure, please contact Customer Service immediately. Keep all damaged items and packaging for return. BEWARE: There are many unauthorized resellers selling potentially counterfeit, damaged, expired and or unsafe products!
